Job Description

Fun, educational mail order company in Greenville, South Carolina has an immediate need for an EXPERIENCED Happy Print Production Buyer!! Our company develops teaching materials for Speech Pathologists, Special Educators, Occupational Therapists and other teachers. We have been in business for 22 years and have approximately 110 employees. Our building looks like a Castle and you become a “Princess” or “Prince” when you are hired!

What should a Super Duper Print Buyer be able to do?

1) Source and obtain multi-bids for all print projects
2) Issue purchase orders for printed product
3) Work closely with artists and editors in product development
4) Source and obtain bids on office supplies, paper, etc.
5) Obtain bids on our 350 page CATALOG
6) Attend press checks
7) Experience sourcing from CHINA is a BIG plus!

What qualifications do you need?

1) Must have that college degree!
2) Minimum 5 years experience in catalog/print buying
3) Superior knowledge of postal requirements, specs, mailing options
4) Incredible knowledge of 4CP, Spot, Varnishes, Coatings, Foil and Papers!
5) POSITIVE, HAPPY, CAN-DO ATTITUDE

1) This job is Full Time!
2) This job requires physically being in the “Castle” everyday (well, Monday thru Friday). In other words, moving to Greenville, South Carolina!
