Job Description

CORESTAFF Services is seeking a Freight Payment Auditor A number of temporary to permanent positions are available for candidates with experience in third party logistics and transportation. Positions range from $13.00 – $17.00/hr and are in need of you!

Job Description:

The Freight Payment Auditor is responsible for accomplishing reconciliation and approving the corrected payment to the carrier in a timely fashion. To insure that charges are correct, an automated auditing process is used to validate the carrier’s invoices. Knowledge of this process is preferred, not required.

Qualifications:
• Must have excellent bookkeeping skills and familiarity with bookkeeping software
• Good oral communication skills, particularly when dealing with a variety of people and situations over the phone
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Willingness to assist other team members to meet customer requirements
• Good computer skills especially with MS Excel or equivalent spreadsheet tools
• Ability to work with no direct supervision
